What apparel to use when running

Going for a run? Read this before going out. Running is one of the best outside activities we can enjoy so we got to make sure we are using the propel apparel, this will be a key on your performance.

 

T shirts / Jackets

Depending on your location if it’s cold or hot you will decide which apparel is better for you. If you using a t-shirt I would suggest something breathable that protects you from the wind and the weather. Lightweight and breathable shirts will improve your run. Like Nike dri-fit shirts or Adidas. Don’t forget if you running early morning or evenings to use bright colors or with reflectors. This will increase the visibility when the light doesn’t work on your favor.

Jackets help you out to train in any weather condition, remember, no excuses. Could be raining, windy, snowing or just a cold day, there’s no excuses to go out and achieve your goals. Don’t use wind breakers or rain jackets. You need to prevent getting too warm under your top layer, use breathable vests.

 

Pants / Shorts

As well as a consistent runner I would recommend breathable and moisture picking pants. Not too tight, not too loose so you can improve your range of motion.

Running shoes

Using the wrong shoes is one of the main reasons for injuries. Make sure you are using running shoes and the right size for you. Don’t use old pair of shoes to go running, prevent injuries. Go to a running store and ask to an associate to help you find the right running shoe for you based on your feet and your needs.

 

 

This are the main things you will need as a running beginner  so make sure you have all your stuff ready before going out to make your physical activity. And remember to stay hydrated.
